Otoko no ko are frequently linked to the crossdressing community and enjoy sharing their femininity through clothing and makeup. Some people could identify as mtf on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on their comfort level. In recent years, newhalf have more visible and accepted in the community, leading to increased awareness and understanding.
